 RCET is one of the finest colleges in the state with record breaking placements every year in all domains. I had memories about my long train journeys, late night hostel chats, sports days and cultural fests. The two day and night fest called Ripple is a time for celebrating and joy. This is a cultural fest with DJ. We used to dance and enjoy those days with enthusiasm. 

 RCET, the best engineering college in Kanyakumari district is a home for many athletics and team sports. I used to be a constant member of our cricket team till my graduation. This helped me develop leadership qualities and team spirit in me. Industrial visits are not done for name sake at Rohini College of engineering and technology. 

We had visited many industries which helped us understand the actual application of engineering skills. We also had many excursions during our term of four years which helped us explore the world and also different situations in life. 

 This am writing is for me, to remember my golden days and to have a walk back to my memories. RCET - A National Level Technical Symposium “MACH 2019”

 The Department of Mechanical Engineering organizes intra and inter department technical symposium every year. This year it conducted a National Level Technical Symposium MACH 2019 on March 1st, 2019 which was presided over by Honorable Chairman, Vice Chairman, Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, Principal, Heads of the Department, Event Coordinators. Er.Seshagopalan, Deputy General Manager (HR & Admin), Er. S.Tharun Kumar, R&D Department, TVS Sri Chakra Ltd, Madurai and Dr. P.Arul Franco, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University College of Engineering, Nagercoil kindly consented to host the MACH 2019.

RCET - Best Engineering Colleges in Kanyakumari

Chief Guest address was given by Er.Seshagopalan, Deputy General Managers(HR & Admin) and Dr.P.Arul Franco, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University College of Engineering, Nagercoil about recent trends in Automobile field and motivated the audience to gain more knowledge. Through their way of presentation, they made an impact in engineering education among students. Also, Er. Seshagopalan, Deputy General Manger (HR & Admin), TVS -Madurai encouraged students to elicit innovative ideas and develop their skills by participating in various events to emerge successfully in their focused areas.

In most of the events, students participated in large number with enthusiasm. Different committees comprising of students, supporting faculty members formed to conduct the symposium. Prizes and Certificates were issued for winners and runners of each event. More than 200 students participated in this technical festival. The certificates for winners were given in the end of the day by the Principal and Head of the Department.
